Bir\u00e7ok t\u0131p fak\u00fcltesine \u00f6nc\u00fc olur ve e\u011fitimin yeni kriterlerini belirler. T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de klinik e\u011fitim ve uygulama anlam\u0131nda bir numarad\u0131r. M8 Aliance i\u00e7erisindeki T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;den \u00fcye olan tek t\u0131p fak\u00fcltesidir ve bu da modern t\u0131p e\u011fitiminin T\u00fcrkiyedeki tek temsilcisi oldu\u011funu g\u00f6sterir.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130stanbul T\u0131p Fak\u00fcltesinde T\u00fcrk\u00e7e T\u0131p B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn e\u011fitiminden bahsedecek olursak, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;deki her t\u0131p fak\u00fcltesinde oldu\u011fu gibi e\u011fitim s\u00fcresi 6 y\u0131ld\u0131r. E\u011fitimde entegre sistem kullan\u0131l\u0131r ki bu sistem klinik e\u011fitim ile temel t\u0131p e\u011fitiminin birbirlerine entegrasyonudur. \u00d6\u011frenciler ilk 2 y\u0131l yo\u011fun olarak g\u00f6rd\u00fckleri temel t\u0131p bilimleri e\u011fitiminin yan\u0131nda bu derslerin klinik ba\u011flant\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 da g\u00f6r\u00fcrler. Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc s\u0131n\u0131ftan sonra g\u00f6rd\u00fckleri yo\u011fun klinik e\u011fitimin yan\u0131nda bu derslerin temel bilimler hat\u0131rlatmalar\u0131n\u0131 da g\u00f6r\u00fcrler. T\u0131p Fak\u00fcltesi \u00f6\u011frencileri ilk 2 sene Temel Bilimler e\u011fitimi almaktad\u0131r. \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc D\u00f6nem \u00f6\u011frencileri, Temel Bilimler\u2019de edindikleri bilgilerin, Klinik yans\u0131malar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenmeye ba\u015flarlar. D\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fc ve be\u015finci D\u00f6nemlerde ise, Klinik Bilimlerin teorik ve uygulamal\u0131 e\u011fitimini al\u0131rlar. Bu y\u00fczden aday \u00f6\u011frencilerin, hasta sirk\u00fclasyonu fazla olan fak\u00fclteleri tercih etmeleri b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>6 senelik T\u0131p Fak\u00fcltesi mezunu \u00f6\u011frenciler hekim olarak zorunlu hizmete atan\u0131rlar. T\u0131pta Uzmanl\u0131k S\u0131nav\u0131\u2019na girip istedikleri b\u00f6l\u00fcmlere yerle\u015fen \u00f6\u011frenciler, zorunlu hizmeti b\u0131rakarak yerle\u015fti\u011fi b\u00f6l\u00fcmde asistanl\u0131k yapmaya ba\u015flarlar. Asistanl\u0131k s\u00fcreleri 3-5 y\u0131l aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fkenlik g\u00f6sterir. Asistanl\u0131k e\u011fitimini tamamlayan doktorlar Uzman Doktor olurlar ve zorunlu hizmete atan\u0131rlar. D\u00f6nemde verilen Diki\u015f D\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm Atma, Parenteral Giri\u015fim ve Enjeksiyon, Yaral\u0131 Ta\u015f\u0131ma, K\u0131r\u0131k-\u00c7\u0131k\u0131klarda \u0130lkyard\u0131m E\u011fitimleri verilir. 2. S\u0131n\u0131fta ise \u00f6\u011frencilere Al\u00e7\u0131 yapma, El Y\u0131kama, Anamnez Alma, Hasta Sim\u00fcle Laboratuvar\u0131nda hastaya birincil yakla\u015f\u0131m uygulamalar\u0131 verilir.<\/li>\n<li><strong>T\u0131p Eti\u011fi Dersleri<\/strong>: 1. D\u00f6nemde verilen T\u0131p Eti\u011fi dersleri ise fak\u00fcltemizde bulunan deneyimli akademisyenler taraf\u0131ndan Hekimlik mesle\u011fini icra ederken dikkat edilmesi gereken kurallar\u0131n ve Hasta-Hekim sorumluluklar\u0131n\u0131n anlatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 derslerdir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u0131bba Merhaba Komitesi<\/strong>: 1. D\u00f6neme yeni ba\u015flayan \u00f6\u011frenciler ilk komite olarak T\u0131bba Merhaba komitesini al\u0131rlar. Psikoloji, Etik, \u0130lk Yard\u0131m ve Halk Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 dersleri verilir. Bu dersler T\u0131p Fak\u00fcltesine uyum sa\u011flama ve Hekimlik mesle\u011fine ba\u015flamadan \u00f6nce mutlaka \u00f6\u011frenilmesi gereken bilgilerin erkenden benimsenmesi sa\u011flan\u0131r.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Yapay Zeka ve Giri\u015fimcilik Se\u00e7meli Dersleri<\/strong>: Hayat\u0131m\u0131za h\u0131zla girecek olan Yapay Zeka Uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131n T\u0131p literat\u00fcr\u00fcne girmesi ise ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz olacakt\u0131r. Yapay Zeka dersleri veren tek devlet T\u0131p Fak\u00fcltesi olmam\u0131z T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bilime ve gelece\u011fe \u0131\u015f\u0131k tuttu\u011fumuzun en b\u00fcy\u00fck kan\u0131t\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Klinik G\u00f6zlem Uygulamalar\u0131<\/strong>: Birinci D\u00f6nemde \u00f6\u011frenciler 1 hafta boyunca \u00e7e\u015fitli kliniklerde g\u00f6zlem yapman\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra \u00f6\u011frencilere kliniklerde Ate\u015f, Tansiyon, Nab\u0131z, Sat\u00fcrasyon ve Dikey Koridor Uygulamalar\u0131 yapt\u0131r\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Birinci d\u00f6nemdeki bir \u00f6\u011frencinin Klinik uygulamalara bu denli erken ba\u015flamas\u0131, mesleki tecr\u00fcbe a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Anatomi E\u011fitimi<\/strong>: \u0130stanbul T\u0131p Fak\u00fcltesi\u2019nde Anatomi e\u011fitimi 1. ve 2. D\u00f6nemlerde verilmektir. \u0130stisnas\u0131z her ders, alan\u0131nda ulusal-uluslararas\u0131 alanda kendini ispatlam\u0131\u015f hocalar\u0131m\u0131z taraf\u0131ndan<strong><em><u> Kadavra <\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00fczerinde uygulamal\u0131 bi\u00e7imde verilmektedir. Hatta Fak\u00fcltemizde k\u0131s\u0131tl\u0131 say\u0131daki g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc \u00f6\u011frencilerimiz, kadavra disseksiyonuna kat\u0131labilmektedir. Hekimlik e\u011fitiminde, erken d\u00f6nemde ger\u00e7ek doku ve yap\u0131larla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fmak, giri\u015fimsel klinik uygulamalarda \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. Unutulmamal\u0131d\u0131r ki \u00fclke genelindeki giri\u015fimsel uygulamalar\u0131n %10\u2019u yetersiz anatomi bilgisi sebebiyle ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131zl\u0131\u011fa u\u011framaktad\u0131r.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>1. ve 2. D\u00f6nem \u00d6\u011frencilerinin Yaz Tatillerinde Devlet Kurumlar\u0131nda Yapt\u0131klar\u0131 Stajlar<\/strong>: 1. ve 2. D\u00f6nem \u00f6\u011frencileri s\u0131ras\u0131yla 2 hafta aile sa\u011fl\u0131k merkezlerinde, 2 hafta devlet hastanelerinde zorunlu staj yaparlar. Fak\u00fcltemiz bu stajlar i\u00e7in sene i\u00e7erisinde e\u011fitimler verir ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131 yerine getirmek i\u00e7in sertifika programlar\u0131 ile \u00f6\u011frencilerin i\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u011fi sertifikalar\u0131 almas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar. Her \u00f6\u011frenciye staj yapma f\u0131rsat\u0131 tan\u0131r. Bu, hekimlik hayat\u0131na erken at\u0131lma konusundaki g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerimizi destekler nitelikteki en \u00f6nemli \u00f6rneklerden bir tanesidir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Hekimli\u011fe Merhaba Uygulamalar\u0131<\/strong>: 6. D\u00f6nem \u00f6\u011frencilerine uygulanan, \u0130stanbul T\u0131p Fak\u00fcltesi\u2019ne \u00f6zg\u00fc bir programd\u0131r. Program\u0131n amac\u0131 Hekimlik hayat\u0131na at\u0131lmadan \u00f6nce Doktor adaylar\u0131n\u0131n hekimlik yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00fcre boyunca kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fmas\u0131 en muhtemel hastal\u0131klar\u0131 hat\u0131rlatmakt\u0131r. Alan\u0131nda profesyonel hocalar\u0131m\u0131z taraf\u0131ndan verilen e\u011fitimde, \u00f6\u011frencilere de\u011ferli hocalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n bilgi ve tecr\u00fcbelerinden bir kez daha istifade etme olana\u011f\u0131<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>sunulur.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Probleme Dayal\u0131 \u00d6\u011frenme Uygulamalar\u0131 (PD\u00d6):<\/strong> Bu uygulamalardaki ama\u00e7, \u00f6\u011frencilere \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmleyici d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 edindirmek, kendi kendine \u00f6\u011frenmeyi \u00f6\u011fretmektir. On ki\u015filik gruplarla yap\u0131lan PD\u00d6 uygulamalar\u0131, \u00f6\u011frencilerin muhakeme ve karar verme yeteneklerini g\u00fc\u00e7lendiren bir \u00f6\u011frenme sistemidir. Ele al\u0131nan vakan\u0131n te\u015fhis-tedavi s\u00fcrecinde neler yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fine, oturumdaki \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesiyle birlikte karar verilir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bu b\u00f6l\u00fcmde vurgulad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u0130stanbul T\u0131p Fak\u00fcltesi\u2019nin ayr\u0131cal\u0131klar\u0131, ge\u00e7mi\u015fte oldu\u011fu gibi gelece\u011fe de
